Brickell Ridge does not provide temporary staffing, temporary labor, employee payroll services, employee leasing, employer-of-record services, or contractor placement.
3. No Employment, Placement, or Search Guarantee
The website does not guarantee that:
A candidate will be contacted, represented, submitted to a client, interviewed, offered employment, or placed in a role.
A client will receive candidates, fill a role, achieve a specific hiring outcome, or obtain a particular business result.
Any particular role, client, candidate, service, feature, or content will be available at a given time.
Brickell Ridge is not the employer for roles presented through our recruiting services unless expressly stated otherwise. 4. No Contract Created by Website Use
Use of this website, submitting an inquiry, submitting professional information, contacting Brickell Ridge, or receiving a response from Brickell Ridge does not create:

A client engagement begins only when Brickell Ridge and the client execute a written search agreement.
