A Disciplined Search Process
Clear expectations, practical judgment, and steady communication from kickoff through placement.
01. Understand the Need
Every search starts with a conversation about the role, business context, responsibilities, required qualifications, compensation, work arrangement, decision-makers, timing, and definition of success.
Before Brickell Ridge begins sourcing or presents candidates, the client completes an intake process and signs a search agreement.
02. Build the Search Strategy
Brickell Ridge develops a role-specific search approach based on the agreed candidate profile, market conditions, compensation alignment, location, timing, confidentiality needs, and sourcing channels.
Job advertising is generally part of the search strategy unless confidentiality or the assignment calls for a different approach.
03. Identify and Evaluate Candidates
Candidates are identified through appropriate channels, including direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, job advertising, online platforms, and candidate databases.
Brickell Ridge conducts structured screening to understand each candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, interest, availability, work-location alignment, and compensation expectations.
Candidates are evaluated using job-related criteria tied to the actual requirements of the role.
04. Present Qualified Candidates
Brickell Ridge obtains a candidate’s authorization before presenting their résumé, profile, or information to a client for a specific role.
Each candidate presentation includes a résumé and a professional candidate profile designed to help the client understand relevant experience, qualifications, motivation, practical considerations, and recommended next steps.
05. Support Interviews and Decisions
Brickell Ridge coordinates interviews, briefs candidates before each interview, gathers feedback, maintains momentum, and helps clients and candidates navigate next steps.
Clients are asked to provide feedback on candidate submissions and completed interviews within two business days whenever possible. Timely feedback helps protect candidate engagement and supports a strong hiring process.
06. Support the Placement
Brickell Ridge supports offer-stage communication, confirms acceptance and anticipated start dates, and follows up with both the client and placed candidate at the start date and at 30, 60, and 90 days.
