When Brickell Ridge contacts you about an opportunity, the goal is to understand whether the role may be relevant to your experience, interests, compensation expectations, availability, and work-location preferences.

The Candidate Process
1. Initial Conversation
A recruiter will discuss your background, career interests, qualifications, work preferences, compensation expectations, and whether a particular opportunity may be worth exploring.
2. Opportunity Details
When appropriate, Brickell Ridge will share information about the role, work arrangement, responsibilities, hiring process, and client. Some searches may begin confidentially, meaning the client’s identity may be disclosed after an initial substantive screening conversation and confirmation of your interest.
3. Authorization Before Submission
Before your résumé, profile, or identifying information is presented to a client, Brickell Ridge will confirm your interest and obtain your authorization for that specific opportunity.
4. Interview Support
Before each client interview, Brickell Ridge will provide a substantive briefing that may include role context, interview format, logistics, interviewer information when available, expected discussion areas, and next steps.
5. Timely Communication
Brickell Ridge aims to communicate material updates, next steps, or status changes promptly. Hiring timelines and final decisions are controlled by the client organization.

Brickell Ridge treats candidate information with care and uses it only as reasonably necessary for recruiting, communication, search administration, and related business purposes.
